Oh, so have we, writing about them. But now the good news is, they are back, and this time with something, or should we say someone, extra special. We have been getting loads of messages from you asking about when The Better Half is going to be back. We respect and love your enthusiasm and praise for the series but we needed to take a break from the series because Chhavi gave birth to a beautiful baby boy Arham on May 13. Because of the overwhelming love you shower on SIT and its entire cast, Chhavi decided to work till her ninth month of pregnancy. In fact, she shot for the last episode of The Better Half season 3 when she was entering her tenth month. With that kind of passion and dedication, we believe that Chhavi definitely needed that break to recuperate post her pregnancy. Meanwhile, SIT Co-founder and creator Mohit Hussein kept his audiences busy with Bin Bulaye Mehmaan season 3 and a couple of episodes of Pyaar ka Punch and Maid In Heaven. However, Chhavi has now resumed shoot and we promise you that you will see more of her starting this week. Season 3 of The Better Half started with Rishi and Rohini getting pregnant. The entire season showcased the ordeals and the moments of a newly pregnant couple and how they deal with it, with an occasional sprinkling of our other beloved characters – Baby (Shubhangi Litoria), Meera (Pooja Gor), Abhimanyu (Pracheen Chauhan) and Rohini’s mom (Deepika Amin). While season 3 was all about the pregnant couple, season 4 will take the series forward and show Rishi and Rohini as new parents vis-a-vis new individuals who will have their life revolved around their little bundle of joy - Jahaan (Little Arham). Parenting isn’t an easy task, especially when you are new parents. It ain’t any different for Rohini and Rishi either. So far, Rohini and Rishi have had their own little world in which they argued, quarrelled, made up, fought again the next day, surprised each other and at other times got on each other’s nerves. However, the addition of a new being to that equation, will definitely shake things up a bit. Rohini and Rishi are not merely two individuals or a couple anymore, they are parents. Their lives have changed, their responsibilities have increased and so will their way of approaching life and executing decisions. It will be fun to watch how this couple will now take things in their stride and make things work for them. Season 4 starts with the Rohini and Rishi’s homecoming with the baby in tow. It will see the makers introducing the youngest character of the SIT family Jahaan to its fold. Let’s wait and watch to see how this series now unfolds, and what more day to day life lessons will Rishi and Rohini impart to us.
